How do I register for the workshop?

First create an account on the site through this Register link. Once registered and logged in, you will be able to register for a workshop.

Who should attend a CCM workshop?

A.

This workshop has been developed for physiatrists, neurologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other health care professionals who manage patients with spasticity.

What payment methods are accepted for payment of the workshop registration fee?

A.

Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) is accepted for registration. In order to avoid submission errors and declines, you must enter the EXACT billing address for the credit card that you are using.

Is there a main sponsor of this web site?

University of Utah School of Medicine and Scientiae, LLC, are joint CME/CE providers for the activity.

Q.

How do I obtain my CME/CE credits?

A.

All attendees are encouraged to use the CME system to claim their attendance. Physicians will be awarded AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™; all other professions will be awarded attendance at a CME event credit that they may use for their re‐credentialing purposes. All users will be able to print or save certificates. For questions regarding the CME system, please contact the University of Utah School of Medicine CME Office. For questions regarding re‐credentialing process or requirements, please contact your re-credentialing organization.

How do I obtain my occupational therapy continuing education credits?

Scientiae is an AOTA-Approved Provider of accredited OT CEU, approved in the areas of Live Activities, Distance Learning -Interactive, and Distance Learning – Independent. Our AOTA Approved Provider Number is 6346.

Participants requiring AOTA CEU will be required to successfully complete a web-based post-test after attending the workshop.
